I am Tilak Bahadur Thapa Magar, Managing Director of Nepal Voyage Treks Pvt. Ltd. My journey in Nepal’s trekking industry began more than 15 years ago as a porter. Step by step, I learned the trails, the mountains, the culture, and the true value of responsible hospitality. With hard work, discipline, and love for the Himalayas, I became a professional trekking guide and later founded Nepal Voyage Treks Pvt. Ltd.

Over the years, I have completed more than 600 treks across Nepal. I have guided travelers through Everest, Annapurna, Dolpo, Mustang, Manaslu, Tsum Valley, Langtang, Kanchenjunga, and many other trekking regions. Each journey has taught me one clear lesson: a successful trek is not only about reaching the destination. It is about safety, trust, local connection, and a meaningful experience.

We focus on honest service, professional guidance, cultural respect, and personal care for every traveler. I speak Nepali, English, French, Hindi, and Sherpa, which helps me connect with travelers from different countries and local communities across Nepal. My NATHM training has also strengthened my knowledge of professional guiding, safety standards, trekking management, and Nepal’s tourism culture.
